DON’T MESS WITH CRISIS

LT Public Relations‘ Casey Boggs will present at the 4th annual Texas Bankers Association‘s Marketing Management Conference on Thursday, September 14 in Austin, TX.  Boggs’s topic, “Preparing for a Hard Landing: Today’s Crisis PR 101,” will explore today’s crisis communications environment and how Texas banks can safeguard their financial institutions and their valuable reputations.

Boggs will offer how-to counsel and tactics, as well as recent national examples of crises gone bad (e.g., United, Chipotle, Wells Fargo) and relevant bank examples of damage control.
